GASP Enrollment

The Registration Process for 2024-2025 school year will be to fill out and return the family packet and liability waiver to the GASP Office. Then we will invite families to register via our online registration system, iCare. Returning families will be asked to make sure that their information in iCare is current. If you have questions, please email gasp.grattan@gmail.com

For returning families that wish to join GASP for the 24-25 school year, please email gasp.grattan@gmail.com. Registration packets will be released in March.

Registration opens for returning families on Monday March 25th 2024 and ends on April 26th, 2024.

For incoming families, please email gasp.grattan@gmail.com for interest, as we do keep spots open for incoming families.

Tuition for the 24-25 school year has not been ratified by our Board of Directors yet. Once it is, we will update this page.

Tuition rates for the 23-24 school year

  • Full-time (5 days a week) tuition is $500 per month.

  • Part-time (3 days a week) tuition is $425 per month.

  • Limited tuition assistance is available. You can request that form by emailing gasp.grattan@gmail.com

  • 10% discount for each sibling.

FAQ

Will there be a wait list? 

Our goal is to accept all students who require after school care. Currently, GASP does not have a wait list, but a waitlist may be necessary for any late registrations to the program throughout the year. This is dependent on the staffing availability at GASP. We are always trying to hire more staff to meet the needs of the Grattan community.

Cancellation/Refund Policy- Please provide at least 30 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your child(ren)’s enrollment status.  If you have prepaid for future months, we can refund the amount paid for future months as long as we have at least 30 days notice. We are not able to provide partial or prorated refunds if we receive less than 30 days notice.

Mandatory Components of Enrollment

  1. Complete the Release Forms (located at the bottom of this page) and return to the GASP Office in Bungalow B.

  2. Receive an email invite to our online platform, for new families they will need to create an account and input the requested information.

Failure to complete both steps of enrollment will result in no enrollment into the program.

Steps to Enroll New students into GASP

  1. Please complete the Registration Packet and Release Forms - To receive these forms please email gasp.grattan.org or pick up in person in the GASP Office (Bungalow B)

  2. Once we have all of your completed forms, we will send you an email invite to register via our online platform, iCare.

All registration Fees & Security Deposits will must be paid via Parent Portal or by Check written to “Grattan After School Program” or “GASP” prior to enrollment.

Documents For Start Of School

All registration forms MUST be up-to-date before your child starts. forms must be updated each year, this is a requirement of the California Department of Education to allow us to operate on a public school campus. It is also a requirement of our liability insurance.

New Students:

Please email gasp.grattan@gmail.com to recieve the required paperwork. You can also stop by Bungalow B on campus to recieve a packet. Once your packet is recieved, you will get an email invite to the online platform to register.
